Born in 1974, Ms. Zhou graduated from Renmin University of China in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. She obtained a master’s degree in Western Economics from Renmin University of China in 2010. She had served as the Deputy Director of the special issue department of Economic Daily, Xiuzhou District Standing Committee Member, Executive Deputy District Mayor in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, the Deputy Secretary General of the People’s Government of Jiaxing Municipality of Zhejiang Province, the Deputy Director General of No. 2 Department of Consultants Service of the Counselor’s Office of the State Council, and the Secretary of the board of directors of China Minmetals Corporation. She is currently Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vanke.
