He currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of the Group. From March 2017 to February 2024, he held positions including Chief Accountant, Deputy General Manager and Member of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. From February 2024 to June 2026, he served as Deputy Director of the Office of the Financial Commission of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Deputy Director of Shenzhen Local Financial Administration Bureau. He has served as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of the Group since July 2026.

Born in 1970, he holds a Doctor of Laws degree from Wuhan University. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Group. He has worked successively at Commission for Discipline Inspection of Maoming City, Organization Department of CPC Maoming Municipal Committee and People’s Government of Dianbai District. Commencing from May 2019, he held positions including Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen Metro Operation Group Co., Ltd., General Manager of Audit & Legal Center of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., and Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Board of Shenzhen Building Materials Trading Group Co., Ltd. He has served as Executive Vice President of the Group since January 2025.

Born in 1980, he holds a Master of Laws degree from Shenzhen University. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Group. Commencing from June 2017, he held positions including Person-in-Charge of the Discipline Inspection & Supervision Office (Board of Supervisors Office) of Shenzhen Tianjian (Group) Co., Ltd., Director of the General Office of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., and Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of the Board of Shenzhen Metro Commercial Management Co., Ltd. He has served as Executive Vice President of the Group since January 2025.

Born in 1982, he holds a Master of Management degree from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and is a Non-Practicing Member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of the Group and Person-in-Charge of Finance. He joined Vanke in 2008 and formerly held positions including Deputy General Manager of Finance and Internal Control Management Department of the Group and Person-in-Charge of Financial Management Function of the Management Center. He has served as Executive Vice President of the Group and Person-in-Charge of Finance since March 2020.

Born in 1970, he holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Zhengzhou Institute of Technology. He currently serves as Chief Product Officer of the Group. He joined Vanke in 1995 and formerly held positions including Deputy Manager and General Manager of Shenzhen Vanchuang Architectural Design Consultant Co., Ltd., General Manager of Planning & Design Department of the Group, General Manager of Chengdu Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., General Manager of Guangzhou Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., Senior Vice President of the Group and General Manager of Shanghai Region, and General Manager of Development & Operation Business Group. He has served as Chief Product Officer of the Group since August 2025.

Born in 1974, he holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong. He currently serves as General Manager of the Property Business Division. He joined Vanke in 1999 and formerly held positions including Manager of Human Resources Department and Manager of Customer Service Center of Beijing Vanke Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of Chengdu Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., Director of the President’s Office and Chief Administration Officer of the Group, General Manager of Nanjing Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., Chief Executive Officer of the Property Business Division, and Senior Vice President of the Group. He has served as General Manager of the Property Business Division since June 2015.

Born in 1978, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University. He is a member of the Group Management Team. He joined Vanke in 2007 and formerly held positions including General Manager of Strategy and Investment Management Department of the Group, General Manager of Xi’an Vanke Co., Ltd., General Manager of Shanghai Vanke Co., Ltd., Vice President of the Group, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, General Manager of Southern Region, and General Manager of Commercial & Hotel Business Division.

Born in 1970, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Canberra. He currently serves as Secretary to the Board of the Group. He has held senior management and other key positions at several subsidiaries under Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. as well as Qianhai Settlement and other enterprises. Commencing from July 2017, he acted as a full-time independent external director of Shenye Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd., Kunpeng Capital, Shenzhen State-owned Duty-free Group, Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd. He has served as Secretary to the Board of the Group since January 2025.

Born in 1969, he majored in Accounting at Changchun Taxation College. He currently serves as Chief Financial Controller of the Group. He has worked successively at Shenzhen No.4 Construction Engineering Company, Shenzhen Yuezhong Industrial Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Speed Construction Engineering Limited, Shenzhen Municipal Engineering Corporation, Shenzhen Tianjian (Group) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Tianjian Asphalt Road Engineering Co., Ltd. He formerly served as General Manager of Finance and Treasury Department of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Construction Group Co., Ltd. He has served as Chief Financial Controller of the Group since August 2025.

Born in 1972, she holds a Master of Business Administration degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer of the Group. She joined Vanke in 1995 and formerly held positions including Deputy General Manager of Shenyang Vanke Co., Ltd., General Manager of Corporate Strategy & Planning Department of the Group, General Manager of Product Category Department of the Group, Deputy General Manager of Shenzhen Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Regional Headquarters, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Region and General Manager of Zhejiang Vanke Nandu Real Estate Co., Ltd., and General Manager of Administration Department of East China Region. She has served as Chief Marketing Officer of the Group since August 2025.
